Where multiple items are heading to the same address, we may combine them into a single parcel where size and packaging allow - each item is always individually wrapped and protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If we're able to consolidate your order, we'll be in touch to confirm and arrange a refund of any additional postage paid.

About Our Products

• Are your products handmade? Yes, every single product we sell is lovingly handmade by us here in the UK. We never mass produce . Each one is crafted individually, making every design truly unique.

• Are your products suitable for outdoor use? Yes, all of our outdoor products including hanging baskets, door wreaths, wall planters and fence planters are fully weatherproofed and suitable for outdoor use year round. They are designed to withstand the British weather, including rain, wind and frost.

• Are your products UV treated? Yes, all of our products are UV treated as standard. This helps protect against colour fading caused by sunlight exposure, keeping your display looking vibrant and fresh for longer.

• Are your products pollen free? Absolutely. As all of our flowers are artificial, they are completely pollen free, making them the perfect choice for hay fever and allergy sufferers who still want a beautiful, flower-filled home and garden without any of the sneezing.

• Do your products require any maintenance? Very little. Unlike real plants and flowers, our products never need watering, feeding, deadheading or replacing. To keep them looking their best, we recommend occasionally removing any dust with a soft brush or a gentle blast of cool air from a hairdryer on the lowest setting. For outdoor products, a light re-spray of UV protector spray every few months will help maintain their appearance. UV spray is widely available from Amazon and garden centres.

• Can your products be used indoors as well as outdoors? Yes, all of our products are suitable for indoor use. Many of our customers use our hanging baskets, wreaths and planters indoors on walls, doors, mirrors and mantlepieces as well as outdoors.

• Are your products suitable for use on a memorial plot? Yes, several of our customers use our products to beautifully decorate the memorial plots of their loved ones. Our weatherproofed, low maintenance designs are perfect for this purpose as they require no watering or upkeep and will continue to look beautiful whatever the weather.

Sizing and Dimensions

• How are your product sizes measured? All of our product dimensions are listed on each individual product page. Heights are measured including any trailing flowers or foliage, and widths are measured at the widest point of the arrangement.

• Will the product look exactly like the photo? Yes the product is as photographed.

Orders and Delivery

• Do you offer free delivery? Yes, we offer free tracked delivery to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland is available at a small additional charge. Full delivery details are available on each product page.

• How long will my order take to arrive? We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, UK mainland deliveries typically arrive within 1-2 days via tracked courier. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

• How are your products packaged? All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective packaging designed to keep the arrangement secure and the flowers safe during transit. Simply remove the packaging and your product is ready to display.

• Can I track my order? Yes, all of our deliveries are fully tracked. You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Aftercare

• What should I do if my order arrives damaged? In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a photograph of the damage and your order details. We will always do our best to resolve the situation quickly and make things right for you.

• Can I request a custom or bespoke design? Yes, we love creating bespoke pieces for our customers. Whether you have a specific colour scheme in mind, need a particular size, or would like a completely unique design created just for you, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss your requirements and provide a quote.

• Can I request a specific colour combination not shown on the website? Absolutely. We work with a wide range of artificial flowers and foliage and can create designs in almost any colour combination. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
