Yes, we’re happy to discuss custom designs! Whether you’re looking for a specific colour palette, size, or style, we can create a piece tailored to your needs. A 20% deposit is required for all custom designs, invoiced before work begins.

A: Yes, you can track your order from us .
Once your luxury artificial flower wreath or arrangement has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number for DPD or Parcel Force .
This allows you to monitor the delivery status in real time. If you have any questions about your shipment or need assistance with tracking, please contact us.
Yes. On the day of dispatch, you’ll receive your tracking number and delivery window, including a timeslot. This message will also contain a link that allows you to amend the delivery day or time to suit you.
How do I reschedule my delivery?
Simply click the link provided in your tracking notification. You’ll be able to choose an alternative day or timeslot from the available options.
Currently, we deliver only within the UK, Northern Ireland, and Ireland. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so please check back for updates.
We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your wreath or arrangement arrives damaged, defective, or if you’ve changed your mind. A. All items listed on the website are in stock and will be dispatched within two working days.
Deliveries to UK postcodes are sent via DPD next working day service and typically arrive within three days of purchase.
A delivery window will be provided on the scheduled day.
Orders to Northern Ireland are shipped with Parcel Force 48-hour tracked delivery, including a timed delivery slot.

All our products are pre-treated with UV and waterproof protectant (Fabsil). For items in direct sunlight, we recommend re-treating them every six months to prevent fading. To keep your wreath looking its best, dust it regularly and avoid prolonged exposure to harsh weather if placed outdoors. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
We use only high-quality materials to craft our wreaths and arrangements. All materials are sourced from trusted UK suppliers or specially imported from the USA for select designs.
A. We carefully package each wreath in a sturdy double walled wreath box with protective bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.
Fragile parts are cushioned to maintain shape and appearance.
All packages' are marked with fragile tape and we use a trusted shipping partner to ensure careful delivery to your address.
