PROCESSING - SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Following a purchase, product processing takes 1-2 days before being shipped to you.

Looksmartuk offer next day delivery on all items shipped using DPD tracked next day service to UK destinations only. (Exc Northern Ireland where we use Parcel Force) 

Delivery is calculated at the checkout per item - Cost is shown on each product page.

You will be notified of the tracking number & provided with a delivery window on the day with a timeslot for delivery and also a link to amend either day/time of your slot .

ORDER CANCELLATION & ADDRESS AMMENDMENT POLICY 

Once an order has been placed, you have a 1 Hour window to request a cancellation or amend your shipping address.

After 1 Hour , your order will begin processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled. All orders will be shipped to the original address provided at the final checkout page.

We are unable to issue refunds or make changes for incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted with your order. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase please.

If you no longer need your order once it has been delivered, you may still request a refund in line with our standard refund policy detailed below.

RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
•     Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
•     Items must be unused, and in their original packaging.

•     Buyers are responsible for the item until it is received by us.
•     Custom‑made, personalised, or bespoke wreaths and arrangements are non‑returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
•     Any damage or order errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
•     Please provide:
•     Your order number
•     A brief description of the issue
•     Clear photos of the item and packaging

​3. How to Start a Return
•     Contact us via email - looksmartuk@gmail.com or our website’s contact us form.
•     Once your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back


4. Preparing Your Return
•     Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
•     Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
•     We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your protection as the item remains your responsibility until received by us.

5. Inspection & Refund Process
•     Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days of arrival.
•     Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved(Within 7 working days) 
•     Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or item is faulty.
•     If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be applied or we shall send the item back to you.

6. Exchanges
•     Due to the each item being handmade and unique a like for like exchange may not be available.  
•     If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
