Shipping & Delivery
Following a purchase, product processing takes 1 working day before being dispatched to you.
Looksmartuk offer next working day delivery on all items shipped using DPD tracked next day service to UK destinations only. (Exc Northern Ireland & Ireland where we use Parcel Force)
All orders shipped to mainland UK are currently free next working day delivery.
Smaller orders going to the same destination may be packed safely in a single parcel, depending on size and suitability. Each item is wrapped and protected individually to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Should this be suitable for your order we will contact you to confirm & arrange a refund of the additional postage cost.
You will be notified of the tracking number & provided with a delivery window on the day with a timeslot for delivery and also a link to amend either day/time of your slot for added convenience.

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help — just get in touch before sending anything back.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made, personalised, or bespoke wreaths and arrangements are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Any damage or order errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
How to Return Start your return
Using our Returns Form or the button below this policy & you can always email us at sarah@looksmartuk.co.uk. Once reviewed, we'll send you instructions on how to send your item back.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds Returned items are inspected within 3–5 working days of arrival. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item. If an item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be applied or the item returned to you.
Exchanges
Because every piece is handmade and unique, a like-for-like exchange may not always be possible. Where a replacement isn't available, a full refund will be issued instead.
Order Cancellation & Address Amendment Policy
Once an order has been placed, you have a 1 hour window to request a cancellation or amend your shipping address.
After 1 hour,your order will begin processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled. All orders will be shipped to the original address provided at the final checkout page.
We are unable to issue refunds or make changes for incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted with your order. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
If you no longer need your order once it has been delivered, you can still request a refund in line with our standard - Return & Refund Policy below.
